Please respect quiet hours:

• Weekdays: Music must stop by 12:00 AM
• Weekends & Public Holidays: Music must stop by 1:00 AM

• The number of guests must match your confirmed booking.
• Any additional guests will incur an extra charge per person.

• Children 6 years and under: Free of charge
• Children above 6 years: Counted as additional guests (extra fees apply)

• Indoor furniture must remain in its original place.
• Only movable chairs may be repositioned.

• Only proper swimwear is allowed in the pool.
• Food and drinks are not permitted inside the pool.

• Swimming with body oils is not allowed.
• Please shower before entering the pool if any oils are applied.

Kindly maintain a peaceful environment:

• Avoid loud shouting or disturbances, as chalets are located close to each other.

Please:

• Use nylon bags for garbage.
• Dispose of waste in the designated containers at the entrance.
• Do not throw garbage in surrounding nature.

• The use of fireworks and confetti is strictly prohibited, due to nearby wooded areas and fire risks.

A $100 refundable deposit is required upon check-in. It will be returned if:

• No unauthorized guests are added.
• No damage occurs.

Any damages or violations will be deducted from the deposit.
